In this first meeting, we discuss your wishes, requirements, and ideas. A joint walk-through of the site allows us to capture your vision and understand the context. Based on this, we prepare a proposal for the preliminary design phase.

After approval of the proposal, we develop a comprehensive concept design based on the first meeting and the site analysis. Analyzing the surrounding landscape and external influences plays a central role. We then present our ideas: detailed plans and sections, planting concept, mood images, and 3D visualizations. We also provide a rough cost estimate. We present the concept in person and derive the subsequent construction project from it.

Here we lay the groundwork for planning permission. Any adjustments from the preliminary design are incorporated and the project is further developed. We begin detailed planning of all elements: site plans, sections, and technical specifications. Working closely with architects and specialist planners, we define materials and finishes and provide material samples – for paving, walls, pools, or outdoor kitchens. Tree scouting is already an essential part of this phase. We also develop a considered lighting and irrigation concept as well as a coordinated planting plan.

We prepare all documents required for building applications and ensure compliance with all administrative and legal requirements.

In close collaboration with our partner companies, we obtain bids and, together with you, select subcontractors. Our project team sources the perfect trees and plants for your project, manages procurement, and ensures the acquisition of all required materials, tools, and services.

We oversee the entire construction process to ensure design integrity and a smooth workflow. A single point of contact coordinates the entire implementation, ensuring clear, direct communication and full transparency. We also coordinate installation of irrigation systems, lighting, and furnishings so that quality, functionality, and design consistently meet our standards.
