Rooftop Garden Liechtensteinischer Fussballverband

With the construction of the new Liechtenstein Football Association headquarters, a multifunctional rooftop garden was created as a place for socialising, relaxation and events. The space provides an inviting setting for aperitifs and functions, as well as lunch breaks, meetings and informal outdoor gatherings.

The design concept draws inspiration from the traditional Liechtenstein orchard meadow. Ornamental crabapple trees (Malus toringo) form the defining tree structure and are complemented by a diverse planting of grasses and perennials, creating attractive accents throughout the year.

Permeable pathways planted with thyme and integrated seating areas create a natural atmosphere and invite visitors to linger. The result is a green oasis that reflects the character of the region’s cultivated landscape while providing a high-quality outdoor space for employees and guests.
